The U.S. Department of Labor revisits the overtime rule
Job growth and hourly earnings growth have flattened in recent months, according to the Paychex | IHS Markit Small Business Employment Watch, with North Carolina tops in job creation and Washington state in hourly age growth. Gene Marks says look to 529 plans as an offering for employee benefits because the no-penalty rollover that exists for leftover funds under SECURE 2.0.
