Californians Seek $18 Minimum Wage, Maryland and Atlanta Businesses Might See More Relief

A campaign in California to get its 14 million workers a pay bump by increasing the state’s minimum wage to $18 an hour has started, but Gene Marks says elected officials want to keep such hikes on a local level.
